At Callaghans Electrical, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home appliances and electronics. If you change your mind, you can return your unused item in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals included to qualify for a full refund.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Small items can be returned to our retail store or sent via courier, while large domestic appliances can have a collection scheduled for a nominal fee.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
